Products & Sizing

Q: What types of products do you carry?
A: Our main lineup includes Western Apparel, Everyday Basics, and Accessories, along with seasonal drops and Outlaw Exclusive designs. All pieces are inspired by western heritage with a modern, rebellious twist.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a favorite tee or hoodie you already own and comparing it to our chart for the best fit.

Q: Are your products unisex?
A: Yes, the Outlaw Exclusive Collection of our tees, hoodies, and crewnecks are designed with a relaxed, unisex fit—perfect for anyone who likes a little extra room for comfort.


Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Outlaw Exclusive (Made To Order):

*Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days

*Economy Delivery: 4-8 business days

A: All Other Collections:

*Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days, depending on customs and destination.

*Note, processing times may vary slightly during big launches or holiday rushes.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our website 'Track My Order' located under Quick Links at the bottom of the page.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A:

Outlaw Exclusives (Made To Order): These custom pieces can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent.

All Other Collections: We accept returns of unworn clothing with original tags and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

*Return requests must be initiated within this 7-day window and the package must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval.

*Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

*Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

*Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined.

*Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your package to process your refund.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at hello@theoutlawboutique.com with your order number, name used at checkout, and a brief description of the reason for return (include photos if the item is damaged). We’ll send return instructions and the shipping address.

Q: Are there any items that are final sale and cannot be returned?
A: Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item is sent:

-Bodysuits, Intimates / Lingerie & Jewelry

Please double-check sizing and details before purchasing these items.


Care & Quality

Q: How should I care for my new Outlaw gear?
A: We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low or air-drying to keep the prints looking sharp and the fabric soft.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: We partner with trusted print-on-demand suppliers and boutique manufacturers to ensure high-quality, long-lasting pieces.
