Products & Sizing

Q: What types of products do you carry?
A: Our main lineup includes Western Apparel, Everyday Basics, and Accessories, along with seasonal drops and Outlaw Exclusive designs. All pieces are inspired by western heritage with a modern, rebellious twist.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a favorite tee or hoodie you already own and comparing it to our chart for the best fit.

Q: Are your products unisex?
A: Yes, the Outlaw Exclusive Collection of our tees, hoodies, and crewnecks are designed with a relaxed, unisex fit—perfect for anyone who likes a little extra room for comfort.


Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard Delivery: 4-8 business days, all product shipped from the US

*Note, processing times may vary slightly during big launches or holiday rushes.

Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our website 'Track My Order' located under Quick Links at the bottom of the page.


Returns & Exchanges (Store Credit)

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Condition requirements (all items):

  • Unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached (and, when applicable, in clear garment packaging with the SKU label).
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns that don’t meet these standards may be declined.
  • No refunds to original payment method; store credit only.

Processing time:
Once received and inspected, your store credit (digital gift card/code) is issued within 5–7 business days.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email hello@theoutlawboutique.com with:

  • Order number and name used at checkout
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Brief reason (include photos if damaged/incorrect)
    We’ll reply with simple return instructions and the return address. Ship back within 7 days of approval using a trackable method.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for store credit, then place a new order for the size/color you want.


Q: Which items are Final Sale and not returnable?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are Final Sale (no returns or exchanges unless damaged or incorrect on arrival):

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates / Lingerie
  • Jewelry

Please double-check sizing and details before purchasing these items.


Care & Quality

Q: How should I care for my new Outlaw gear?
A: We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low or air-drying to keep the prints looking sharp and the fabric soft.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: We partner with trusted print-on-demand suppliers and boutique manufacturers to ensure high-quality, long-lasting pieces.
