At The Outlaw Boutique, we believe shopping should be fearless — and that includes our return experience. Every piece is made with care and grit, but if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got your back.

Outlaw Exclusives (Made-to-Order)

Our Outlaw Exclusive designs are made just for you — crafted to order and printed with intention. Because each piece is custom made, we don’t offer refunds, but you can return eligible items for store credit within 30 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@theoutlawboutique.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

All Other Collections

We get it — sometimes you need a different size or style. Items from all other collections may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit (via gift card or code) will be issued within 5–7 business days — no restocking fees, no hassle.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit (unless damaged or incorrect):

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates / Lingerie
  • Jewelry

Please double-check sizing and details before purchasing these items.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@theoutlawboutique.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the item(s) you wish to return.

2. We’ll provide simple return instructions and the shipping address.

3. Ship your item using a trackable shipping method within 7 days of approval.
